You can order the award, and during check out, either enter your credit card information or indicate that you will be sending in payment by check. Checks should be made out to the American Youth Foundation and mailed to: American Youth Foundation, 6357 Clayton Road, St. Louis, MO 63117 (this information will also be provided on your confirmation email when you submit the order and can be used for POs).
The awards will be sent out as soon as payment is received.
